Paid features require a valid license key tied to your plan. Each plan includes specific limits, such as the number of articles per month, competitors analyzed, and websites covered. You agree not to share, resell, or use a license beyond the limits of your plan.
BlogPal AI, including the plugin, the connected service, all source code, prompts, models, designs, and the BlogPal and BPA names and branding, is owned by Epic Twelve Studios LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin on the websites covered by your plan, for as long as your plan is active. You may not: copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, or otherwise make the plugin available to any third party; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from it; decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract or replicate its source code, underlying methods, prompts, or the service behind it; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Epic Twelve Studios LLC.
Articles are generated by AI and published to your own website, where you own the resulting content. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. Draft mode is the default for exactly this reason. You must not use BlogPal to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee any specific search rankings, traffic, or business results. Search engine outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. You can cancel any time to stop future billing.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, exceed your plan limits through technical means, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for abuse of the service. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Twelve Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
