If you are not satisfied with your paid BlogPal AI plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No long forms, just email us and we will take care of it.
Email hello@blogpal.ai from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. We will confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.
Payments for BlogPal AI are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
You can cancel any time to stop future billing, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Renewal charges fall outside the initial 14-day window, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will do our best to make it right.
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After that period, you can cancel any time to stop the plan from renewing.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
