This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for subscriptions to BlogPal AI, operated by Epic Twelve Studios LLC, a California limited liability company, 714 N Ogden Dr, Los Angeles, California 90046, United States.
This policy works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Money-Back Guarantee. The Money-Back Guarantee is a separate, more generous promise available to first-time subscribers within their first 14 days. Please review it before requesting a refund under this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence.
BlogPal is a subscription service that consumes computational resources, third-party AI usage, infrastructure, and operational costs from the moment a subscription begins. As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable after the Money-Back Guarantee period, except in the specific cases set out below or where required by applicable law.
This means we do not generally provide refunds for:
First-time subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of their initial subscription under the Money-Back Guarantee. This is the primary path for new customers who decide BlogPal is not right for them. As a fair-use line, the guarantee is not available where more than 12 articles have been generated on the account before the request, and customers who take the refund agree to remove BlogPal-generated articles from their website within 14 days. If you have been charged in error, including duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or amounts inconsistent with your selected plan, we will investigate and refund the verified error.
If a charge to your payment method was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We will suspend the account, investigate, and refund verified unauthorized charges. Where appropriate we will cooperate with your card issuer.
If the service is materially unavailable or unable to deliver its core functionality (article generation and publishing) for an extended period, and you have notified us and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we may issue a prorated refund covering the period of the failure.
We may issue a partial refund, credit, or extension at our discretion when we believe it is the right thing to do, for example where you had setup difficulties, where our team made a mistake, or where you hit an unusual issue.

United States. There is no general federal right to cancel a digital-service subscription after purchase. Our 14-day Money-Back Guarantee gives first-time subscribers a full-refund window that is more generous than the law requires.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Before you are charged, we disclose the plan, the recurring price, and the billing interval, and you consent to recurring billing at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by email, effective at the end of the current billing period. We comply with applicable automatic-renewal laws, including US federal requirements and state laws such as California's Automatic Renewal Law.
EU, UK, and other jurisdictions. If you are a consumer ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights (for example the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), those rights apply to you where required, regardless of anything in this policy. Because BlogPal is a digital service that begins performance immediately, by subscribing you expressly request that performance begin during any statutory withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right once the service is fully performed and that you may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided. In practice, within 14 days we refund your first billing period in full under the Money-Back Guarantee, subject to its fair-use limits (no more than 12 articles generated, no prior refund, and content removed within 14 days). Nothing here limits any mandatory rights you have under your local law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate. Your data is retained in line with our Privacy Policy.

We respond to chargebacks through the card network's standard process with documentation showing the service was provided as described. We do not impose penalty fees for chargebacks.
Subscriptions are billed in US Dollars (USD). Refunds are issued in the same currency you were charged, in the same amount, regardless of exchange-rate movements between the charge and the refund.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-product notice before it takes effect, except where a shorter timeline is required by law. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes do not apply retroactively to refund requests made before the change.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and is subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service. The mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence apply where they grant you stronger rights.
