Money-Back Guarantee

Last updated: June 17, 2026

BlogPal does not offer a free trial. Instead, we back your first 14 days with a full money-back guarantee. If you are a first-time subscriber and you decide within 14 days that BlogPal is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your first billing period under the terms on this page.

This guarantee sits alongside our Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence.

Who can use the guarantee

The Money-Back Guarantee is available to you if all of the following apply:

  • You are a first-time subscriber to BlogPal. You have not previously held a BlogPal subscription on the same account, payment method, or business.
  • You request the refund within 14 days of your initial subscription start date.
  • You have not previously received a refund from us.
  • Your account is in good standing and not in breach of our Terms of Service.
  • The request is not part of a fraudulent or abusive pattern (see Fair use below).

The guarantee applies to all paid plans (Pro and Agency), billed monthly or annually. The free plan is not a paid subscription, so it is not covered, and it does not need to be: it is free.

What you get back

We refund the amount you actually paid for your first billing period, to the original payment method:

  • Monthly plan: your first month's subscription fee.
  • Annual plan: the full annual amount you paid upfront.

We refund in the same currency you were charged, for the amount we actually received. Bank fees or foreign exchange spreads charged by your bank are outside our control and are not refunded.

How to claim

Email hello@blogpal.ai within 14 days of your subscription start date with:

  • Subject line: "Money-Back Guarantee Request"
  • The email address registered on your BlogPal account
  • Optionally, a short note about what did not work for you. Feedback genuinely helps us improve, but it is not required.

A real person will reply within one business day. Once we have verified your request, we confirm your cancellation by email, process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days on our side (your bank or card network may add time), and confirm by email that the refund has been issued.

What happens to your account and content

When the refund is processed:

  • Your subscription is cancelled and your BlogPal access ends.
  • In fairness to paying customers, you agree to remove all BlogPal-generated content from your website, including any articles already published, within 14 days of the refund being issued. You are welcome to export and keep a copy for your own records first, but BlogPal-generated articles should not stay live on your site once a refund has been taken. We rely on this in good faith. Repeated failure to comply may result in the refund being reversed.
  • Any unpublished drafts and account data are retained for 30 days so you can request an export, then deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

The Money-Back Guarantee is a one-time offer designed to let new customers try BlogPal without risk. It is not designed to allow ongoing use of the service for free. We will decline requests that show a pattern of abuse, including:

  • Multiple accounts created from the same person, business, payment method, or IP address to claim the guarantee more than once.
  • Use of the service that clearly indicates the subscription was created to obtain the refund, for example generating and exporting a large volume of articles immediately before claiming.
  • Generating more than 12 articles before requesting the refund. As an objective fair-use line, refunds will not be issued where more than 12 articles have been generated on the account before the request is made. The guarantee is meant to let you try BlogPal, not to use it for free bulk content creation.
  • Subscriptions where the registered information is materially false or misleading.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests linked to fraudulent payment methods or stolen cards.

Where we decline a refund on these grounds, we will tell you why in writing.

Agencies

The Money-Back Guarantee is per customer (per account, per business, per payment method), not per site. If you run multiple client sites under one Agency account, you remain eligible once, not once per site. For multi-site arrangements, talk to us and we will handle any refund situation with that context in mind.

Re-subscribing later

You can re-subscribe to BlogPal at any time after a guarantee refund. The guarantee itself is a one-time offer per customer, but you remain eligible for refunds under our standard Refund Policy in the cases described there (billing errors, unauthorized charges, material service failure, and so on).

Your consumer rights

BlogPal AI is operated by Epic Twelve Studios LLC, a United States company. This guarantee is offered to customers worldwide and is more generous than the law requires in most places. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights (for example a US state with such rights, or the EU or UK), those rights continue to apply to you where required, regardless of anything in this guarantee. See Section 4 of our Refund Policy for detail.

Common questions

Does BlogPal offer a free trial?

No. When you subscribe, your payment method is charged for your chosen plan on day one. Instead of a free trial, we offer this 14-day money-back guarantee to first-time subscribers. If BlogPal is not right for you within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund of your first billing period under the terms on this page. There is also a free plan with 1 article per month if you want to try the basics without subscribing at all.

Does it matter if articles have already been generated or published?

Within reason, a little. BlogPal starts working the moment you subscribe, and generating a few articles in your first 14 days is exactly what the guarantee period is for. It does not disqualify you. As a fair-use line, we cap the guarantee at 12 generated articles. Beyond that, the subscription has been used substantively and the refund will not be issued. If you take the refund within that limit, you will be asked to remove the BlogPal-generated articles from your site within 14 days, in fairness to other paying customers.

What if I paid for a year and want to cancel after 14 days?

After day 14, annual plans are subject to our standard Refund Policy and Terms of Service. We do not generally refund unused months on annual plans, but we will always look at the specific circumstances. Email us.

What if my card was charged but I never used the account?

That is a billing or access issue, not a satisfaction question. Email hello@blogpal.ai and we will sort it out, regardless of the 14-day window.

Can I get a refund after 14 days?

The guarantee covers the first 14 days. After that, refunds follow our Refund Policy and the specific cases listed there. If you are outside the window and something has gone wrong, write to us anyway. We read every email and we would rather solve a problem than lose a customer.

We are here to help

Most of what new customers raise with us, content quality, niche fit, or setup, can be solved with a few minutes of human attention and a tweak to your business profile or SEO strategy. We will always try to make BlogPal work for you before processing a refund. But within the eligibility rules and fair-use limits set out above, we will never make you justify the request. If you decide within the 14-day window that BlogPal is not for you, the guarantee is yours to claim.
